US, WE, OUR refer to 'FWR Media UK'. YOU, YOUR, THEY, THEM refers to the client/customer. We reserve the right to modify both the TOS and the AUP at our sole discretion without prior warning. A change of such documents does not affect grounds for non-payment. Although changes may be emailed, please check this document on a regular basis.

The client agrees that by placing an order or signing up for a service to FWR Media that they agree to the TOS and AUP.

We do not actively monitor client activity under normal circumstances. Similarly, we do not excersie control over the content of any website, email, newsgroup or any other material accessible over or through our services. We can however, remove any content, at our sole discretion that may be illegal, may subject us to liability, or violate the AUP.

If a client violates this AUP or our TOS, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your service without warning. We prefer to advise customers of inappropriate behavior or breaches of this AUP or TOS but in severe cases, it could result in the immediate termination of service.

 

Illegal Activities:

FWR Media Services may not be used for illegal purposes or in support for illegal activities.

 

Copyright: You may not use copyrighted content on any of our services without written permission from the owner of such content.

 

 

Adding, removing or modifying network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead is strictly prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information is also prohibited.

 

Use of the FWR Media service for any activity which effects the ability of other people or systems to use FWR Media Services or the Internet. Interference with or disruption of other network users, services or equipment is prohibited. Use of a service to gain access to another account or penitrate security measures will result in immediate account termination. We do not allow the use of IRC, IRC bots or egg drops on our servers.

 

You are responsible for the mis-use of your account, even if the inappropriate activity was commited by a friend, family member, guest or employee. You must therefore take steps to ensure that others can not gain unauthorised access into your account.

 

Your Site - Software - Scripts:

You must keep all of your your files that are hosted on our servers, including ..  scripts, software, individual files and site as a whole secure and up to date. Scripts which have been exploited or are found to pose a security threat will be disabled and continued use of insecure scripts will lead to suspension of the hosting account.

 

FWR Media accounts operate on shared network resources. Excessive use or abuse of these resources by one customer may have a negative impact on all other customers. Misuse of network resources in a manner which impairs network performance is prohibited by this policy and may result in termination of your account.

 

FWR Media backs-up customer data on the server on a monthly basis. However we will not be held responsible for any data loss and recommend that you regularily back-up your website using the facilities in cpanel.
