The client agrees that by placing an order or signing up for a service to FWR that they agree to the TOS and AUP.
Payment is due on the same day the first payment is made, depending on your schedule, unless not possible (i.e if you paid on the 30th of January, February payment would be due on the 28th).
If payment is not made by the set date, your service will be suspended until paid for. We will hold accounts for 7 days or until a proper explanation is given. Only then is it negotiable. A £7.50 charge may be applied for you account to be un-suspended.
Account Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 days before the next payment date. Failure to do so may results in you paying for the next scheduled time period. Upon receiving an account cancellation request, a confirmation will be needed, which will be processed manually to avoid any unwanted account termination.
Refunds are only available to clients if there is a problem with our hosts hardware/software that interupts the service for a long period of time. Refunds are not given as of an account termintion (due to a breach in the tos etc.) and notice must be given at least 30 days from the time of payment.
We reserve to terminate an account at any time without prior warning. This may be due to a breach in the TOS or AUP.
